Ok proud to announce we are able to use VKI codecs and avifile automatically
fallbacks to DIV3 mode for DIV5 & DIV6 avi movies.
Check it - avifile now also write the name of expected codec
(expected names are in lowercase: divxcvki.ax divxcvki.dll)
