As far as everyone's problems with AVIPLAY. Read the documentation. 1) He says to compile with SDL-1.1.3 for guaranteed perfection. 2) I've found it to work flawlessly with SDL-1.1.3 & QT-2.3.0. 3) Use the latest STABLE GCC compiler. (2.95.3). gcc-2.95.3/ qt-2.3.0/ SDL-1.1.3/ ----------------------------------------------- All of you guys who use things such as: 1) Different GCC: May not compile, ESPECIALLY under redhat's compiler, very rarely do they compile anything. 2) Different QT other then 2.3.0 you will get errors during making it b/c of incompatibilites etc. 3) Newer SDL's have newer functions and do things differently. ------------------------------------------------ Why am I complaining ? The same questions are asked over and over on this mailing list.
