did a search too and found that other people have had similar problems.
I also found another location, here:

Anyone who has the file, please kindly mail it to me. I would gladly
place it somewhere public once I'm finished with it. Strange thing is
that other files from the same domains can be downloaded at a pretty
normal speeds whilst this one binaries-010122.zip just gets stalled and
cannot be fetched at all. Conspiracy theories anyone?
