Some news:
* we are now 'again' supporting streamed .asf from the network
- if you find files which doesn't work or are causing coredump - lets
just send us URL
* resampling could be now used for any frequency you wish
and also you could fix playing of those files which are getting
out of sync over the time - just set the resampling frequency a little
bit higher or lower then the playing speed.
(force44 dissappered and is fulle replacable with the current code -
just set resampling & playing frequency to 44100 and enable resampling)
Sorry for the confusion in GUI interface - but I suppose this way it
will be more clearer for the future.
And note for developers - do not use new methods for SetQualityAuto and
few other - they will be replaced with more general interface.
