Sorry for posting this,
it was my fault. Some days before my computer hardly crashed and even my
reiserfs filesystem was affected at reboot. I had to rebuild my filesystem
using reiserfsck and doing this 5 binaries and/or libaries couldn't be
revovered.
Autogen.sh or one of it's subscribts seemed to need one of them.
I'm currently doing an autoslackupdate and hope it will work again then.
