I'm trying to add a command line option to enable fullscreen mode on
startup. What's the best way to go around doing this? The only way I've
gotten this to work is if I force a renderer=CreateFullscreenRenderer();
in initPlayer(), then call maximize(). However, the video is choppier
than if I just start the player and press escape. Any ideas?
