Hmm interesting - as I don't have Xinerama running I've not realized this
could be a problems.
There could be several solution:
a) to make mouse disabling optional
b) disable the mouse when its in the movie windows and has not been moved for
few seconds

also maybe for now you should use just rescale until proper solution will
be found.
(oh and btw - I would strongly suggest to use avifile-0.6 CVS version)
