Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to find anyone in the
United States who has successfully downloaded avifile or the
binaries. Every single attempt results in an interruption on the remote
site. Could you please ease your restrictions on the download, or email
it to me? I will make sure that it makes its way to mirrors here in the
US. The timeout is too quick for anyone in the Western Hemisphere to
download. Thank you.
