Check http://www.nvidia.com for linux drivers and installation instructions. Actually I'm not sure if you really need the glx driver to have the yuv thingie working but you'll want that anyway and x 4.x with it. There were some evil problems with the thing tho, negative video frames on text console after I quit X and sometimes the screen was just green (it normalised after I played some video clip) but I'm startting to belive the tnt2 was just simply broken.
