Yes, but it doesn't work for ASF and WMV files, which is what I need.
My script already get the wanted information for AVI and MPEG files through
MPlayer (along with 3 .png snapshots at 10%, 50% and 90%). MPlayer doesn't
know the length of ASF and WMV files as aviplay does, that's why I want to
use aviplay to get the length and fps...
I'm using CVS from yesterday (14 aug). I haven't tested the releases so
please tell me if "avitype file.asf" works in any of them!
