When using avifile-0.53.5, I cannot use qtvidcap because /dev/video is a
directory, of course: on my machine /dev/video0 is the device. So I try
to change source to correct it without success.
I decide then to use avifile-0.6 from cvs, then the configure script
failed because Makefile.in is missing (also in pluggins dir.). So, I
apologize to disturb you with my problems, anyway aviplay works fine,
great :-), the perfect tool to work with vcr.
The second problem, is not related to avifile but to opendivx: after
installing libdivxdecore, the configure file cannot see it
log:
checking for decore in -ldivxdecore... no
configure: error: You have to install divxdecore package to use this
plugin ( see http://www.projectmayo.com )
