User should be able to select second different stream for audio
(similary as in mdvdp on Windows) - though we do not support
native mp3 streams yet - it has to be avi/asf stream.
MaxAutoquality runtime setting for Win32 and DivX4 decoder -
so users might limit maximim used autoquality.
Yet another modification in video scheduler - now its just
two lines long - and surpricingly it gives the best result
for x11, xv, direct nonbuffered, buffered modes I've ever seen -
there are potencially better strategies for each of them - but
that would make code very complicated - those two lines
in aviplayth.cpp are much more elegant.
But if anyone experineces problems - let me know....
