Ok

I think 70% of this code is done - so everyone is adviced to check if he sees
any problems with video scheduling - the code has been comletely replaced
and it's no longer using realtime clock and is purely based on the
frame duration which is just made shorter or longer according to
audio stream time - so now just decent time sliding alghoritm for audio stream
has to be added.
