the usual/expected location for such thing is:
/usr/local/include
/usr/local/lib
but of course configure script could be improved so you could provide
your lib&inc dir for decore/encore...

yes - just reorder codecs in Config/Decoders
A bit messy for now - but it works in general - better GUI will
be suplied later...
