No it's not 

We will have to make some guessing what kind of libraries actually
might be necessary for the program -  XDGA is probably simple - we
need it anyway - but  esd  is a little bit problematic - we
do not use this library and it's just library while SDL depends on
but forget to let us know about it via  sdl-config.

But the solution is not that hard to find - I'll let you know
when updated configure for this will be ready.
