yep - the idea was - to distribute library without versioning info
for plugin - but if this should be going to gives as trouble we
might revert this change - but other packages like gimp are also
distribution libraries without versioning info

you are probably not supposed to distribute any devel .so files for plugins - 
develepers should be only using libavifile and they should not link
anything agains plugin

so why should be rpmlint screaming ??

yeah - when we are unable to release final 0.6 we are at least changing
other digits :)

I think RedHat is also usable only when it gets into >= X.2 version - so why 
just not release 0.6.4 :)
