it doesn't need any of those so why should it matter if they are there in the Include path or not? And they absolutely dont have any of the same in /usr/share/aclocal. It's comparing /usr/local/share/aclocal to /usr/local/share/aclocal. so that's wrong in itself. My aclocal path is /usr/local/share/aclocal already, all the autogen does is set it to that anyway.
