it doesn't need any of those so why should it matter if they are there in the 
Include path or not?  And they absolutely dont have any of the same in 
/usr/share/aclocal. It's comparing /usr/local/share/aclocal to 
/usr/local/share/aclocal.  so that's wrong in itself.  My aclocal path is 
/usr/local/share/aclocal already, all the autogen does is set it to that 
anyway.  Something's screwed up  in the autogen script if me setting to that 
directory prior to running autogen screws up the autogen while autogen 
setting to the very same directory works fine.
