I would like to thank everyone for all the help with my Qt problem. It turns
out that the problem was relatively simple, in that I did not have the
-devel package installed for qt. The was also the problem with SDL for me,
which was how I made the connection. The error message for the SDL section
was a little more informative.

Thanks again to all that helped. Avifile is working like a charm now :)
