supposedly you add up audio and video itrate to fit in 30MB for the give
length.
Simply divide videobitrate which is usually given in kbits per second by 8 so
you get kilobyte per second, do the same with audio bitrate, now take
30Megabyte times 1024 to get kilobytes. Now you'll get the trick I guess...
