Closed captioning is ( I believe, I'm not 100% sure ) a feature of
NTSC television standard ( a subtitle stream built into the signal ),
you shouldn't worry about it if you are in India. The line you
underlined says that avicap won't be able to show CC because BTTV
drivers 0.7.* do not handle it very well.
