ok from now on we have this func in  acinclude.m4

I guess it's not as funny as it used to be to read these message here :)
so I hope this will fix this problem - please check

I think CVS is marked as 2.54 - but 'or better' is there so we just
do not have to modify this line everytime there will be never release.

2.52 is nothing secret - it's the standard package in Debian, RedHat, Suse...
