Well I'd like to try to add MAD because it's probably the only free
decoder which should preserve all defined standards
It would be greate help if someone would add mpg123 in parallel
otherwise you will have to wait as MAD has higher priority for me.

Maybe users of new hw-locked Sound Blaster cards :) (those which I'll never
buy :))
But of course there is no sence to use 24 bits when the original input
was just 16 bits for playing...
