Maybe an unknown bug, maybe a known one, which you have already fixed... maybe I am just stupid, in case forgive me & help me.
Cutting short: I installed several times avifile, on different machines, from tar.gz, tgz, rpm and when it works, I have this same prob: Without the 2d acceleration Movie ok but slow. With the 2d acceleration: the picture is split vertically into three parts. The right one runs on the left, the left on the right, and the central in the center. Audio and speed ok, but I can t enjoy the movie very much!!! Current installation used: avifile-0.6.0-1.i386.rpm avifile-codecs-20011106-1.i386.rpm divx4linux-20011025-1.i386.rpm Any idea, help?
