New Debian package has been splited to allow user to select only those
plugins they wish to really use - so if someone hates win dlls he doesn't
have to install win32 avifile plugins (though then he will have
problem with various files which are not supported by any native codec)

Also - could you please send me your .avirc ?
After this - install all plugins you wish to use and if the problem with
sound remains - remove ~/.avirc and start aviplay again

Win32 dll is needed for this format

Nice but without avifile-win32-plugin useless - I could have placed
there stronger dependencies but until dselect will stop to forse users
to install 'Recomends:' package I'll stay with 'Suggests:'.
