Maybe some of those mjpeg codecs might work.
Huffyuv should also give good results but so far you could not select
some options for this codecs.
Or you may use mpeg1 capturing tools - but do you think it's worth
those extra 16 pixels the problem with interlace you will have this way ?
If you would use just 384x288 you should get clear picture and
DivX codecs should be able to easily handle this on you PII-400
