I can run avicap:

[jp@localhost jp]$ avicap
fs seg 0x400c4000
Available CPU flags: fpu vme de pse tsc msr mce cx8 pge mmx syscall 3dnow k6_mtrr

/dev/video: ioctl VIDIOC_S_FBUF: Operacja niedozwolona

But after I run xawtv and avicap again:

[jp@localhost jp]$ avicap
fs seg 0x400c4000
Available CPU flags: fpu vme de pse tsc msr mce cx8 pge mmx sysc

v4l1: Video4Linux and DGA disagree about the framebuffer base
v4l1: Video4Linux: 0xe81c1000, dga: 0xe8041000!
v4l1: you probably want to insmod the bttv module with "vidmem=0xe80"

After running another v4l application - avicap works OK.
Why?
