I have tried to use avicat from avifile-0.6.0-20011220admin.tgz but there
is a bug when using the -s parameter: the first file is perfect but the
second has no header (index non-existent, video and audio compression
format as well)
the command I used was:
avicat -s 728760320 -o outputfile.avi inputfile1.avi inputfile2.avi
the total size of inputfile* is 1.2GB so it creates to output
files: outputfile.avi and outputfile.000.avi. BTW the first file is bigger
than the -s parameter specifies.
