i found other avi that avifile doesn't open correctly. audio is player for 4 o 5 sec, but no video, then avifile stalls, and must be killed with -9. again xine opens them correctly. i tries the avifile.admin.tgz version and current dvs, and deleting each time .avirc. same result if i try to open it with avirecompress, it segfaults after opening the avi, but non freezes. i'm posting the output of avifile and xine, it can be helpful, and if you want i can make onlie some megs of the avi
