Hmm - there is full support for ffmpeg decoding - thus you should
be able to use it also on SGI, Sparc, PowerPC -
Howerver as avifile is lately mostly oneman work - check other projects
which are regulary checked/developed on much wider hardware platforms.
If you want to get fixed your problem with avifile - just report it
- usually it's pretty simple to fix it.
