Hi
I have simple problem. I have film where every 10th, 11th and 12th frames
are same. It bring very jerky playing. My idea is remove these duplicate
frames, but i have no fixed idea how can i do it. I know that audio will
not be a problem because i can change framerate in destination film.
Can you help me how can i remove these duplicate frames from film ?
