Well I've fixed stupid bug in divx4 plugin - it's been misdetecting
div3 streams - so it should now work for old divx again.
Setting order for recompressor is a bit more complicated - currently
you would have to copy some config options for ~/.avm/aviplay
to ~/.avm/default
However this is definitely not something user could handle...
