This looks like you Qt library is probably miscompiled or you
are using different compiler for avifile compilation
from the one which has been used to compile Qt library.

Check which compiler has been used for libqt-mt compilation
(strings /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so | grep g++)
Or eventually build Qt library yourself (it's just takes some extra time)
