If avimake doesn't work correctly it's obviously buggy and should be fixed 
I'll try to check it later...

Just keep in mind the avimake is really a very simple tool to just
show the very simple usage - if you want to generate 
uncompressed image the codec has to be different.

And if you want to append avichunk directly - use WriteChunk
(or you may use  AddStream which will parameters acorrding
to another IReadStream (usefull for stream copy))
