On further investigation, I found out that he died without making a (WILL), and all attempts to trace his next of kin was fruitless therefore, I made further investigation and discovered that Mr. Fredrick Jones did not declare any next of kin or any relation in all his official documents,including his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank. This amount has been moved out of my bank to our correspondence Security/Finance company's vault in spain and Garmany for safekeeping waiting for the next of kin of Mr. Fredrick Jones to come forward and claim it. Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a Foreigner to stand as the next of kin or owner of the money but all necessary documents must be provided by us before you will claim the fund from the security company in Garmany and from there you will transfer it to your bank account. This transaction will cost us some money for proper documentations/records process from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation,and all the ministries which Mr. Fredrick Jones worked.
