NOTE: it's passthough AC3 codecs - which really means it passes through unmodified AC3 packets to your sound card - if that's what you really want to use check AC3 readme and don't forget you will need right audio stuff connected to your SBLive card (if you have such) IN ALL OTHER cases you most probably want AC3 decoder - which appears to be probably the second codec in the row - thus you should open configuration dialog and move it ahead of passthrough codec.
