Each time I compiled avifile, there was an error at line 161 and 193, where a variable array of the type modify_ldt_ldt_s is declared/used. I could solve this problem by copying the lines where the struct is declared to the top of the file. So somehow it seems, that the declaration wasnt incudet before.
