Right, so that also corresponds to Fedora Core 6, and CentOS 5.x, IIRC. I've looked around using several RPM search sites and cannot find any. That OS corresponds roughly to July 2008 (e.g., Avogadro 0.8x?) My guess is that SL 6.x would be fine -- many of the more recent Fedora packages should be compatible. Sorry I can't be of more help.
