Hello, I use Avogadro regularly on Ubuntu 10.04. I have used the version of Avogadro that is available in the Ubuntu repositories. Currently I am using the latest version of Avogadro which I built from source myself. Avogadro works well for me on Ubuntu and I don't have any problems with it crashing.
