[avr-chat] tags

So, I'm mostly a scintilla man, but I'm looking thru the winavr hierarcy, and I notice a bunch of ctags stuff in the pn folder.  The pn docs, menus, etc, however, fail to mention it.  What gives?  Is there a way to set up Pn for member completion, etc, cause that would be a nice argument for it...
