I'm trying to use a brand-new AVRISP mkII with avrdude to program a
mega32. It's technically working, but it's extremely slow. That is, it's
reading and writing at 30 bytes/second. The mkI with v2 firmware we also
have is annoyingly slow, but nowhere near this slow, maybe 300
bytes/second. Is there some way of getting this to be fast enough to use
reasonably?
