Curious, could you reproduce the brokenness? I can't, but I suspect it's a doxygen issue, and my doxygen might require an update. I also vaguely remember reading something about some issue that has been fixed in doxygen since... so it could be it's rather the FreeBSD ports that need a doxygen update. ;-) Ah, yes, see this bug entry (including Dimitri van Heesch's explanations): http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170004 It might be that this is the issue with avr-libc's documentation as well. So, presumably, FreeBSD's doxygen port upgrade to 1.5.3 should fix that...
