I don't think the xmegaA4s are out yet, but I don't have knowledge of the 
timing for these parts.

The 1284P should be in production, as they are used on all RZRaven kits. But I 
don't know the production timing on these either.

If you have a local rep, I would suggest that you inquire with them.
