With a credit card, you can buy just anything from anywhere around the world
off the internet...from digikey, sparkfun etc..
Most sellers also supply data sheets/app. notes/schematics.
Try Farnell -india or RS components - india. to buy in INRs if they have the
chips.
Just use a friend's/relative's credit card ( with their permission !! )if
you don't have one.
