You can purchase new cables with the circuit board on the end from Digi-Key
and Mouser.

Search for ATJTAGPROBE at either site.  They cost ~$40.00 US.

Molex carries individual cables that I believe will work as a replacement.
The 9" version is part number: 0210200332

Molex is good about sending samples, but in my experience they are not quick
to ship them.
