Follow-up Comment #3:
Fixed using CurtVM's suggestion of checking for the location of the watchdog
register. This removes the need to keep a list of devices in the header file.
@CurtVM: I did not add the other watchdog interrupt features that you have in
your version of this file. This would be a significant enough of a change that
I would rather you submit that separately, preferably as a patch.
