Solve:
- Duplicate issue
- Now Output Compare that are Inverted are named OCXY_N:
#define OC1D_N_DDR DDRB
#define OC1D_N_PORT PORTB
#define OC1D_N_PIN PINB
#define OC1D_N_BIT 4
