Feature request: could you please add support for the AT90PWM316 part? I'm attempting to hack up the avrdude.conf file myself. If I'm successful, I'll send it along. The AT90PWM316 is similar to the AT90PWM3B, except that it has 16 kiB flash (organized into 128 pages of 128 bytes each), and 1024 B SRAM. The signature is 1e 94 83.
