Follow-up Comment #25, patch #7559 (project avrdude):
No changes to the code are needed. The current (SVN) avrdude correctly resets
Arduino boards on upload.
It could be useful to patch the comments to clarify the situation (i.e. that a
logical 1 is a physical low level voltage, and 0 is Vcc). Robert, do you want
to submit such a patch?
