Follow-up Comment #21, bug #28744 (project avrdude):
I compiled avrdude with modified sources inspired by these patches (and
another little modification for xmega auto reset after programmation), and it
worked well until i got a new JTAGICE.
I have now two JTAGICE MKII and only one can program the bootloader section.
The main difference is firmware (6.06 for the good one, and 7.13 (7.d) for the
other).
