Details:
RESET needs to be low before doing the MOSI/MISO link check. Otherwise, the
chip may be running a program that outputs values on the TPIDATA pin and that
could cause the MOSI/MISO link check to fail.
Also increase RESET assertion time to 128ms (worst-case specified in the
ATtiny9 datasheet).
